From there, we determine together whether we’re the right creative partner for your celebration. If it feels aligned, we curate a custom proposal tailored specifically to your event and floral goals.
From delivering your personal bouquets to the flawless installation of your ceremony and reception florals, our team is dedicated to making every detail perfect. With meticulous attention to timing and design, we ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish. We also handle the breakdown and removal, allowing you to fully enjoy your celebration without worrying about logistics.
Every couple we serve is distinct and your florals should reflect that. From the start, we take time to understand your vision, aesthetic, and priorities. Together, we thoughtfully refine palettes, select vessels and design elements, and shape a cohesive floral plan that feels entirely personal.
Once approved, your date is secured with a signed agreement and retainer. We then begin the detailed design phase — refining palettes, sourcing exceptional blooms, and collaborating with your planner to ensure every element is thoughtfully executed.

Luxe Weddings may incorporate large-scale ceremony installations, custom structures, abundant floral moments, elevated or layered tablescapes, ceiling installations, floral moments at bars and entrances, specialty rentals, candlelight and other transformative design elements.
At this level, we work closely with your planner and creative team to consider the entire environment, creating an experience that unfolds beautifully from arrival through the final moments of the celebration.
Our Signature Wedding experience is designed for couples planning a full-scale celebration who want florals to play a meaningful role in the overall atmosphere.
Designs may include personal flowers, ceremony florals, cocktail-hour details, custom reception centerpieces, head or sweetheart table florals, candlelight and statement floral moments throughout the celebration.
This level allows us to create a cohesive floral story from ceremony through reception while thoughtfully allocating your investment toward the areas that will have the greatest visual impact.

Full-service design encompasses much more than the flowers themselves. Our team oversees the creative direction, floral sourcing, design and production, delivery, installation, styling, repurposing when applicable, and breakdown of your floral elements so that every detail feels cohesive and intentional.
We recommend reaching out approximately 6-12 months before your wedding, particularly for peak-season dates. We generally do not begin consultations for weddings more than 1 year in advance unless you are working with a planner.
No. Our introductory consultation and initial proposal are complimentary.
Begin by completing our wedding inquiry and floral design questionnaire. The more you share about your celebration, priorities, inspiration, and anticipated investment, the better we can understand your vision and determine how Seven Blooms can bring it to life.
Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed agreement and 25% non-refundable retainer officially reserve your date. Additional payments are due 90 days before the event, with the final balance due 30 days prior.
Our work is rooted in thoughtful, intentional floral design rather than simply selecting flowers from a menu. We consider the architecture of your venue, season, color palette, tablescape, guest experience, and overall atmosphere to create florals that feel personal to your celebration and beautifully integrated into the space.
